 How to install oxygen OS on rooted oneplus 3 using TWRP through USB OTG?



Lets Get Started

    1. Disable Automatic System Updates 

    You'll have to disable automatic system updates on onepluse 3 Mobile ,
    after that you'll have to enable USB Debugging in this onepluse 3 system setting 
    Goto Settings -> About Phone -> Developer Options Disable the automatic system updates .


    2. Restore Stock Boot IMAGES 

    You'll have to restore stock boot img file & install it to the inactive slot, launch the magisk 
    manager app on your onepluse 3 mobile , tap to on uninstall and the tap om restore image 
    and its will restored done.


    3. Now Install oxygenOS OTA in Onepluse 3

    Now we'll be installing oxygenOS OTA update File to inactive slot , Now GOTO 
    Settings -> System Updates Tap on the download and install now button ,
    if there is not OTA update found ypu have to manually download the OTA update from 
    onpluse website after that install it via local upgrade method 



    4.Install Magisk to the inactive slot .

    Now You have to root your inactive slot , doing using Magisk manger ,
    launch the magisk Manger now tap on install next to magisk status , then in the install magisk     dialog box . tap on install & now under select method , select the installl to inactive slot the tap     on OK in the warning box that appears , the flashing process will now being and should take a     few second.



    5.Final step for switching to the rooted OTA installed inactive slot.

    Flashing process is completed, You should see the roboot button situated at 
    the button right , tap on it and and your device will now boot to the inactive slot in which we         have installed the OTA (3.)after that rooted it as well (4.) Further more ,as soon as your                onepluse 3 device boots to this slot , it will now be your active slot done .
